Adobe Announces New Apps for Tablets

At the Max 2011 technology conference today, Adobe announced the upcoming release of Adobe Touch Apps, six new touch screen applications for the iPad and Android tablets.

Additionally, the company announced the upcoming release of Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, Single Edition, which is an end-to-end workflow for designers to publish a single-issue application for sale or distribution through the Apple App Store.

These new apps are all part of the company’s new campaign, Adobe Creative Cloud. The Creative Cloud will be a hub for access to desktop and tablet applications, finding essential creative services, and sharing work with others.
